We loved this apartment. Its location, so centrally located, was fabulous–surrounded by a multitude of wonderful restaurants that we could walk to. Also, a small market was only 1 block away. Catching taxis nearby was easy, and the Metro was less than a 10 minute walk. The hosts were absolutely wonderful. When we arrived early, they allowed us to store our luggage, and when we checked in, they gave us a short orientation to the neighborhood, which really helped. Then, throughout our stay, they checked in to make sure everything was okay. (The only «cons» were that the bathroom is very small, as is the hot water tank–thus, you need to take a pretty fast shower.) If we return to Madrid, I would DEFINITELY want to stay in the Leeway’s apartment again. They’re doing everything right! I give the Leeway’s and their apartment a topnotch rating!
