Great place to stay. Just few meters away from Metro and 24h supermarket. Easy communication and check-in/-out! Well equipped small flat, only a little bit hot at night in summer because AC has to be turned off after 11 pm. All in all perfect for Madrid!

The modern apartment is in a very central location within Madrid, with major sights within walking distance. The neighborhood is very hip, with many bars, restaurants, and a 24/7 supermarket just around the corner. When we arrived we were greeted at the entrance and guided to the flat, where all our questions were answered. Communication was great and friendly throughout, with occasional messages from Leeways asking whether we need any help. The place is newly renovated and very clean, exactly as described on Airbnb. Highly recommended.
Lugar agradável, muito bem localizado, a menos de cem metros do metrô e de um grande supermercado, lugar tranquilo. Recomendo!
Estuvieron atentos a mi llegada y aunque hubo un pequeño retraso a recibirnos en la puerta todo fue muy claro y el lugar muy bonito.
Clean apartment, good location as it is a short walk to key sites and museums. Comfortable bed but would be better if there was air conditioning. Would have appreciated if the host allowed to leave bags at apartment vs giving a lock and key storage option instead. It was a little noisy at night due to street level noises esp on weekends. A good stay overall.
Very convenient location right near the Lavapiés metro stop with a 24-hour grocery store less than a block away. Communication was easy and quick and check in was a breeze. Thoughtful touches like plenty of hangers in the closet, shampoo and body wash in the shower and a power converter/adapter made for an extra comfortable stay. Overall, fantastic place at a great price! I’d absolutely stay here again!
We had a very nice stay. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommendable! It is located in a vibrant and super central area. And Madrid is awesome. 😀

La ubicación es excelente. La comunicación muy fluída. Cuando llegamos nos estaban esperando en la puerta a la hora que habíamos quedado. El apartamento es pequeño pero está bien para 2 personas. Cerca de todo y a pasos del metro. Sin duda volveríamos en nuestra próxima visita a Madrid.

I loved this place. The Leeways were so helpful. Especially as we had a late check-in due to travel distance. They were so welcoming and even left us some coffee. I refilled their coffee as I left, only because they were so thoughtful. I’d recommend them to anyone and everyone. The place was so close to the Metro and in the center that we could go everywhere! Thank you to them. I can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

The flat was clean, quiet and looked the same as in the pictures. The bathroom was really small and the toilet was placed so that you had to sit against the sink. Price/quality certainly ok. The neighbourhood is lively but in the appt it’s really quiet.

Enrique and Jorge’s place was great for what my boyfriend and I needed. Our flight actually got pushed up a day early due to weather, and they accommodated us right away when we had to add an unexpected fourth night. Lavapies is a great neighborhood if you’re looking for more of a local/hipster vibe. Great little bars and tapas places, and really within walking distance to everything major. The area reminded us of the Brooklyn of Madrid!
This was an excellent customer experience from start to finish, from the communication, check in, accommodation and check out. The apartment is modern, clean and well laid out with everything you need for a stay in Madrid. The location could not be better, walking distance to most all major attractions and the Metro to access anywhere in Madrid is less than 5 minutes from the apartment. The neighbourhood has everything you need, 24 hour supermarket and shops also open until late, great bars and restaurants in abundance, it just could not be better and we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning to this amazing apartment and Lavapies.

Piso muy bien decorado en zona céntrica, limpieza impoluta y unos anfitriones tanto amables como atentos.
Enrique se ha portado muy bien, nos ayudó en nuestra llegada, el piso es muy centrico, la zona es muy populosa y hay de todo. Al centro de Madrid se tarda 15 o 20 minutos andando. Hay una parada de metro en la misma calle y un parkin enfrente del piso. El mobiliario totalmente nuevo, y el piso reformado por completo, las fotos reflejan la realidad. La estancia ha sido correcta. Lo recomiendo. El precio no tanto, eso tiene que evaluarlo cada uno, pero no me ha resultado económico, pero creo que ha estado influenciado por la fecha de la feria de Madrid.

The place is exactly as on the pictures, clean and newly renovated. It has really great location, next to the metro station (that we never used) and within walking distance to main attractions (whatever street you take it will lead you to places worth visiting). The only disadvantage is view on the tiny courtyard, it would be nice to have your breakfast on the balcony with view on Madrid street but if you go to Madrid for sightseeing you will probably not spend much time in the apartment. It’s also worth mentioning that apartment is really quiet.
We had a great time in this lovely appartment! I loved the area, which felt less touristy and quieter than the city center, but still very vivid and within walking distance of all main attractions. The apartment was ampious for two people, very clean and with all facilities you need. It felt like real hotel standard with a personal twist 🙂 The communication with Enrique and Jorge was also very good, from beginning to end, and I felt very welcome and taken care of. The only drawback was that the airconditioning was out of order when we were there, and I had to ask about it after the first night. As a substitute I got a fan and some beers that I found in the fridge 🙂 Very nice! Thanks Enrique ans Jorge for a great stay – I can really recommend this place!
Apartamento con encanto y muy bien ubicado. La limpieza impecable. Todo nuevo y reformado. Con todo lo necesario, muy, muy bien equipado. Estuvimos aquí con nuestros dos hijos. La cama de matrimonio excelente y el sofá cama del salón enorme y super cómodo. Teníamos a la puerta un Carrefour 24 horas. Completísimo. Está a un paso de la línea de metro de Lavapies y todas las comunicaciones con Atocha, autobuses, incluso al aeropuerto. A los principales sitios se puede ir andando. El apartamento es mejor que en las fotos. Y se adapta a aquellos que están buscando una cómoda base para su trabajo o unas vacaciones en Madrid. Jorge y Quique son unos grandes anfitriones, muy accesibles y útiles.

This apartment is great for one person, or a couple. There’s a nice smaller food place downstairs, and always a lot of people walking around so it feels very safe. The apartment itself is small, but doesn’t feel cramped at all. The living room is equipped with a tv and a great couch. A couple of the nights I actually fell asleep on the couch, and am considering buying the same model for my home as well! Everything is so clean, the day I checked in we walked in on the lady who cleans the apartment, and there’s a lot of cleaning supplies under the sink. The bathroom would be a little more difficult for someone taller to use because of the position of the toilet (it’s half under the sink). The kitchen is totally equipped and there’s a really spacious and clean fridge. This is a great find, and a great price for everything you get! I would absolutely come here again.
Fantastic apartment, at walking distance from all the relevant spots (Atocha, Sol, Rastro…) The check-in was smooth; Jorge was readily available, on time and easy to contact with. The apartment is brand new and spotlessly clean; on 40°C temperatures outside, it was cool and quiet (and we had air conditioning at our disposal if needed). Communications are as best as you can get; four subway lines are a 5 minutes walk away. And right at the door you also have a bike sharing station, if that’s how you roll. Groceries, toiletries, etc. are available 24h a day on the big supermarket just 50 meters away. The bed on the bedroom was comfy and brand new, as was the convertible sofa in the living room. Kitchen and bathroom are again brand new and fully equipped with anything you could need. It was perfect for the three of us (my wife, daughter and me); would for sure come back and recommend.
Los anfitriones han sido muy agradables y dan facilidades en todo. El piso esta genial y muy bien equipado. Ademas de estar en muy buena zona, desde donde llegar a pie a muchas sitios. Cerca hay una gran cantidad de bares donde picar y un super 24horas. Atocha esta a 10/15 min andando, y la parada de metro de Lavapies justo al lado. Sin duda volvere!!!

Hemos pasado tres semanas de vacaciones en el piso de Jorge. Lo hemos pasado muy bien. Recomiendo el piso que está muy bien situado ( en el centro, cerca de Sol y de la estación de Atocha ) y está cómodo y bien equipado. Corresponde La comunicación fue fácil con Jorge. Es una persona muy amable. Volveremos seguramente.

Perfect location in the beautiful neighborhood of lavapies. Very close to the metro (lavapies) and atocha station. Enrique and Jorge are both lovely and happy to help! The apartment was clean and well equipped. They were very accommodating when I had made a mistake and had to change my booking. I would definitely recommend staying in their apartment!
Very clean and nice apartment for two people. Equipped with aircon, wifi and everything you will need for a vacation. There is no direct sunlight in the apartment but it is very well lit with lamps. It had a great location so we could walk to everything we wanted to see. Enrique was very helpful throughout the stay and was fast with communicating and we had a great time
Enrique and Jorge were all-star hosts. Enrique & Jorge are all-star hosts!! Warm and hospitable, Enrique made sure we had everything we needed, including plenty of recommendations and was always available when we needed him. The apartment was exactly as pictured, clean, cozy, and perfect for my fiance and I. The location on the line between bars filled with tourists and locals on one side, and the other side a bit more rowdy with seedy, but harmless characters. Our only negative experience came in the form of a miserable neighbor who insisted that we not use the air conditioner before 8a even though Enrique informed us they have an agreement that its ok after 6a. The fan in the room was not enough to beat the heat and dryness in the apartment at night making it impossible to sleep and causing both my fiance and I to get sick. The neighbor went so far as to call the police! After Enrique and Jorge heard of this and our declining health, they moved us to a better apartment with their sincerest apologies. Except for the miserable neighbor, this apartment and the hosts are 10/10. If you’re not sensitive to heat or dryness, book this gem before it’s too late. If you are a little more sensitive, then book any other apartment from Enrique and Jorge, but don’t be a fool and miss them completely!

Me quedé una semana en Madrid por motivos profesionales y el piso ha correspondido perfectamente a lo que necesitaba : bien ubicado (Lavapiés, bares y supermercado abierto 24/24 al lado), conectado con la linea 2 de metro, limpio, reformado, bien equipado. Su único defecto es que es interior; da entonces muy poca luz durante el día. Enrique y Jorge están muy disponibles y siempre quieren ayudar. Recomiendo el sitio.

Очень уютная, хоть и небольшая, квартира. Все необходимое для комфортного проживания есть, оборудование квартиры продумано до мелочей. Удобная кровать. Квартира очень тихая. Wi-fi хороший. Местоположение прекрасное: до основных достопримечательностей легко дойти по интересным мадридским улицам. С магазинами никаких проблем: рядом круглосуточный Карифур, чуть дальше Меркадона. Хозяева очень гостеприимные, с готовностью отвечали на все вопросы. Рекомендую эти апартаменты для проживания в Мадриде.

While the area is great for walking to some cool spots, it’s right near the station if you want to travel further out. It’s right near a 24hr supermarket as well 🙂 The place itself is good for 2 people, very clean and equipped with essentials. Our host was also great at communicating with us before and upon our arrival 🙂

Todo fantástico. El piso es pequeño como se ve en las fotos pero acogedor, comodo y funcional. Todo esta en perfecto estado. Toallas, sabanas, almohadas y secador de pelo son de buena calidad. Todo funciona perfectamente. La ubicación excelente, a un minuto del metro y tiene automercado tambien a un minuto. Recomendable totalmente

The apartment is cozy and stylish, great neighborhood. It does show a few signs of wear, but that can be fixed easily. Overall, a good experience!
El apartamento hermoso y Perfecto. Tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estancia y detalles adicionales muy agradables Muy bien ubicado Lamentablemente, los horarios de check in y check out, complican demasiado la llegada. Además de la falta de respuesta oportuna que nos hizo esperar una hora en plena calle y con las maletas porque tienen horario de oficina para responder. Al final, tuvimos que caminar casi 1 km con maletas pesadas para poderlas guardar. A la hora que respondieron, ya estábamos lejos del apartamento. Llegamos en punto de las tres a recibir las llaves, y nuevamente tuvimos que esperar en la calle aunque esta vez, solo 15 minutos, pero aún así, la respuesta nuevamente fue inoportuna Sería genial que mejoraran ese aspecto
