L’appartamento si trova in una zona comodissima da cui possono essere raggiunti molto facilmente tutti i punti d’interesse della città. Non è un appartamento grande ma è comunque molto confortevole; host disponibilissimi per qualunque possibile problema, a noi è capitato di avere una perdita e, nel giro di 3 ore da che li avevamo avvisati, ci hanno sistemato il tubo. Consigliato per 3 persone, per 4 forse un po’ piccolo.

Super zentral, keine Minute vom Plaza Mayor entfernt gelegen, die Umgebung bietet eine Vielzahl von Essens- sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir wurden nett empfangen, das Appartement war wie auf den Fotos, groß genug für einen Städtetrip für zwei Personen, eher sauber und es war einfach alles vorhanden! Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder wählen!
El loft es hermoso, delicadamente decorado y súper limpio. Mejor ubicación, imposible!! La atención de los anfitriones es destacada, siempre a tu orden!! Volveré sin duda!!

Excelente lugar para pasar unos días en el corazón de Madrid. Pequeño, pero muy bien diseñado, con muy buena distribución, muy luminoso y cómodo. Todo como puede verse en las imágenes. Trato amable, muy correctos. Ninguna orientación sobre lugares de interés de la ciudad o cercanas al apartamento. Encontramos algunos desperfectos (la señal de TV prácticamente no se ve, taza del wc rota). Nos pareció una relación calidad-precio muy buena, pero parece que tuvimos suerte y lo reservamos a un precio por debajo de los habitual. Nos gustaría volver.

Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen kurzen Städtetrip braucht. Leeways sind super hilfsbereit und sorgen die ganze Zeit dafür das man sich wohl fühlt. Das nächste mal würde ich wieder in das Apartment gehen!

The flat was perfectly situated for a couple of days in Madrid !
It is an amazing quite flat at the heart of the city! There were 3 of us and it was nice a for a few nights. It is pretty close to everything you need for discovering Madrid. We had a flight at night and it was delayed (so we arrive even later than expected), but we did not have any problems with check in. Also, we got recommendations about places to visit (museums, bars, restaurants etc) and it was very helpful! I am sure that next time I will choose this flat in Madrid!
The apartment was clean, safe, and quiet. Check in is at 3 so you have to store your luggage nearby and meet someone at the door of the apt. Close to metro, shopping, restaurants, and all of the city centre’s sites. You can walk everywhere! Unfortunately the neighbor smoked and it smelled. Nothing the host could have done to mitigate this. Stove was unreliable
Great location but a very small apartment. The place is run as a business, which is fine but makes the space more ‘impersonal’. The check-in process has been made a little too structured and formal.

This place was amazing! It was clean and right on the door step to everything. The team looking after the apartment were so helpful and always on hand. They offered dining suggestions and made the whole check in / check out process hassle free and easy. Enrique himself was a delight, very friendly and again very helpful. I’ll certainly be coming back.

This stay was terrific! Our apartment was quiet, clean, safe, and kept us quite connected to the bustling and fun Calle mayor. We were able to sleep peacefully and then step out into very fun streets. The amenities were excellent and our hosts were very accommodating for our needs. I would highly recommend!
This was my first time using Airbnb so I was sceptical, but I loved it and will never go back to hotels! The space is perfect for a solo traveler, though it could work for a couple as well. The location was PERFECT. Right in the heart of the city, literally steps away from everything, including the hop-on-hop-off Madrid tour bus! Hosts were really responsive and helpful, and the place is basically brand new, spotless and well organized. It was a great experience.
