Estudio moderno, luminoso y renovado. Segunda planta en una finca centenaria en el centro de Madrid. Al lado de la Plaza Mayor, la Puerta del Sol, y el Teatro Real… Una ubicación perfecta para disfrutar al máximo de la ciudad. Ideal para parejas o viajes de negocios.
El departamento es exacto a como se ve en las fotos, muy luminoso y muy lindo decorado. La ubicación es céntrica (a 20mts de plaza mayor). Dejan una cafetera para poder prepararte el desayuno, todo muy bien. Lo único que se podría mejorar es que las cortinas no tapan el sol, y eso hace que uno se despierte muy temprano. La comunicación con el host fue muy fluida y estuvo bien. En lineas generales, lo recomendaría, muy buena relacion precio-calidad.

My favorite place to stay in Madrid!
Leeways’ Place is clean, compact and ideally placed at Plaza Mayor, next to Sol and Mercado de San Miguel. Better suited for single or twin travellers due to size. We didn’t get a chance to meet the host but someone was there to greet us. Overall the stay was good.
Our trip to Madrid was unexpected and this studio made the trip an amazing one. The space was in a convenient location, had fantastic storage which made the small space highly functional.We truly appreciated the value of the location you are minutes away from the Mercado San Miguel which is a great place to grab a drink and try some amazing foods, minutes away from the Sol train station , about 15- 30 minutes from the Airport and within 15 min of most of the attractions you would want to see in Madrid. However, check-in was a bit difficult due to the fact the entrance of the location was not properly (Website hidden by Airbnb) would have been helpful to at least have the name or picture of the person checking us in. We would have appreciated some instructions for the washer dryer as it was a two in one . Although, we eventually got the hang of it , we would have appreciated some instruction. Overall it was a great experience,extremely great value and I would say this place is ideal for people who will be out and about exploring the city or for a short business trip.

We loved the place. It is in a perfect location with everything needed for our trip. Leeways was also incredibly helpful in giving recommendations. However, the door to the bathroom would not close and the sewage smell from the bathroom got worse. The apartment is quite small especially for 3 people but there is absolutely everything that is needed. The design is smart, stylish, and clean.

Enrique and Jorge were so friendly, accommodating, and professional. The space is in the perfect spot— a short walk from many of the major spots. All of the touches and especially the two terraces (with great views) made the experience very enjoyable, easy and overall a fantastic value.

They are great with communication. The apartment is safe and in a very good location for people touring Madrid. The apartment is small, but holds all the amenities you’ll need on your stay, including a converter for the outlets!

Overall, the apartment was in a great location and we enjoyed the views the most. The ad was accurate and met our needs. The only issue was with check in, which the host made really difficult at the end of a long travel day We made it very clear we did not have data or WiFi after leaving the airport multiple times prior to our arrival. However, when we arrived at the apartment, our host was not waiting for us and we had to run around trying to find WiFi. When we got WiFi we learned that the host was upstairs waiting for a text when we arrived at the building. This made for an annoying and unpleasant check in at the end of a long travel day.
위치 하나는 정말 좋았습니다. 마요르광장에서 도보 5초면 가능한 위치였습니다. 그래서 마드리드 시내 이동이나 기차역 등을 가는 것은 매우 편리했습니다. 하지만 침대가 소파형 베드여서 다소 불편한 점이 있었습니다. 침대를 중요시 여긴다면 조금 불편할 거에요. 위치 하나는 정말 최고였습니다!!

Perfect Location and great host. Provided with most detailed information about places to visit and places to eat and what to do in and around Madrid. Place was smaller for 3 adults but the location compensated for the small apartment.
Enrique&Jorge were so great hosts! Quick to respond to our questions, super well organized, they made our trip to Madrid easier to planned :-). What about the apartment….can’t say anything bad! Sofa bed super comfy, near everything within few minutes of walking. We missed Madrid already!

Muy buena comunicación, la chica que nos recibió y nos dio las llaves era muy simpática. El alojamiento es pequeñito pero acogedor, en una muy buena localización céntrica, al lado de la Plaza Mayor. Informaros de que en uno de los armarios «secretos» (empotrados en la pared) hay aceite y sal. Nosotros compramos y luego nos dimos cuenta de que no nos iba a hacer falta. Muy buena estancia. Recomendable.
Beautiful apartment in an outstanding location! The apartment includes two balconies with spectacular views. Leeways made the check in/out process easy and quick. They are very responsive through the air bnb messenger and text message. They also accommodated a couple requests we had which made for a great stay. You are in walking distance to some of the most amazing places Madrid has to offer. Leeways also sends over some recommendations via email. They were greatly appreciated! I would highly recommend this apartment or any apartment Leeways offers in Madrid.

We had a fantastic stay in Madrid – mostly due to how great our accommodation was. The apartment was compact, clean and had great facilities. The location was perfect and all the major sights, shops, restaurants and bars were within walking distance. Enrique and Jorge were fantastic hosts and were constantly in contact with us. Our trip to Madrid couldn’t have been any better! We would highly recommend this accommodation.
The location was in the middle of Madrid and surrounded by lots of food and nightlife. The apartment is right next to Plaza Mayor and a very short walk to Plaza de Sol where for the metro. Enrique and Jorge were very responsive and were always available for questions or concerns. Would definitely stay here again.
Cozy little studio right in the middle of everything! Leeways was great to work with and they even provided us with free luggage storage before and after our check in and check out times. The studio itself was a bit on the small side, but that was expected and the trade off is being within walking distance to many attractions as well as the metro.
Enrique and Jorge are the most helpful and thoughtful hosts that I have ever met. Besides, they have made the entire booking and rental experience very professionally, thus save everyone’s time and efforts.

Apartamento pequeñito pero perfectamente equipado con todo lo que se necesita para pasar unos dias fuera de casa, muy limpio y ordenado. En cuanto al anfitrión..Muy buena atención y preocupado en todo momento de si necesitábamos algo o como estábamos. Me gusta mucho ir a Madrid y en futuras ocasiones sin duda contactarme con ellos.

Tolle Unterkunft und perfekte Lage im Herzen der Stadt. Für reine Übernachtung super, zum kochen und frühstücken ist das Apartment zu schlecht ausgestattet. Kein Salz,Pfeffer, Öl.. vorhanden. Bad ist ausreichend mit kleiner dusche, auch ein Föhn ist vorhanden. Auch das ausklappbare Sofa ist für ein paar Tage ideal. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt!
Perfectly central to everything. 10 second walk (genuinely) to Plaza Mayor, 10 minute walk to La Latina (amazing for Tapas) and a 20 minute walk to El Retiro. Flat was clean, had AC and a lift outside, so after having a few drinks you didn’t have to bother with the stairs. Don’t be put off by the folding bed – it’s incredibly comfortable, and super easy to fold away. Would 100% stay here agai

Enrique & Jorge were very helpful and welcoming! This apartment is by my far my favorite AirBnB that I’ve stayed in Madrid for the perfect and super central location, with a balcony view that overlooks the streets and it’s cozy, modern furnishings. The place is extremely neat and the elevator is a huge plus! It’s perfect for a business trip or for leisure. And of course, because it’s in a central area, there is noise during the night time but it didn’t bother me at all! Overall, I would highly recommend this place and I consider myself lucky that it was even open for reservation on a short notice!

The flat was located in a very strategic location right beside Call Mayor and within a short walking distance to Sol. It was a studio type and fully furnished studio room and good for two persons. The building was very secure and with an elevator. The owners quickly responded to any questions or requests we had. All in all, it was a positive experience.

Lovely little apartment in a fantastically central location which was perfect for a long weekend to explore the city. The apartment was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Enrique and Jorge were great hosts – they greeted us early at the apartment to show us in and gave us plenty of tips and recommendations for places to go which were really helpful. I’d recommend staying here!

Very clean and comfortable tiny apartment! It is about as close as you can (and want to) get to Plaza Mayor. They were very responsive and helpful with their communication and we’re available for help during the stay if need be (we didn’t need them but their offer was generous!). Would highly recommend this apartment and will try to stay again next time I’m in España!

We had a wonderful stay at Enrique & Jorge’s place in Centro! The flat is perfect for a couple or a family of 3 — you really can’t find a better more central location from which to see all the sights in Madrid. We were traveling with a small baby for the first time and were able to walk the entire city with ease, never having to get on the metro/bus/taxi, which made everything so much easier. The flat is clean with clean white sheets and towels, very quiet (despite the bustling location), nicely furnished, safe, well air conditioned, and has all the amenities you could need on vacation. The pull out couch turns into a comfortable bed and we all got very good sleep! Jorge was in contact with us throughout our stay and made us feel very welcome and looked after, answering any questions we had promptly. I would recommend this flat to anyone looking to get out and about in Madrid!
This apartment is a wonderful location for a couple looking to stay in Madrid for a few days to explore the main sites the city has to offer. It is off one of the main streets, and next to a main tourist plaza, so everything you’d want to see is within reach. It also is accessible by metro, which is helpful. The apartment itself is extremely clean, has everything you’d need (fridge, oven / stove-top, towels, shampoo, ironing board, etc). Enrique and Jorge are great with communication as they respond back to all messages regarding questions, tips for exploring Madrid, etc in a timely manner. Definitely worth a stay here. The only thing I will mention (which wasn’t a problem for me, but…) is that the bed is a pull-out couch. Pretty comfortable, but if that’s not your thing, maybe not the place for you.

Enrique’s apartment is 5 star when it comes to being centrally located. It is clean, pretty and has all the amenities being taken care of. Enrique was a very communicative host who made sure we knew all the right places in the city. We utterly enjoyed our stay!
A great apartment in the perfect location for exploring Madrid. Excellent communication, even for tips during our stay. We would have no issue staying again and are already contemplating when we can fit another Madrid weekend in. It was also nice to have a coffee machine that came with the pods!

Very flexible and responsive host, and the place is in a great location. The air conditioner works really well, and you’ll definitely need it if you’re travelling in summer months. The shower is a bit cramped but still very clean, I’d avoid this place if you’re a slightly larger person. Otherwise, it is a great spot for couples.

El día en que llegue a Madrid, Enrique me permitió hacer el check in varias horas antes de lo oficial, y no sólo eso, sino que esperó a que llegara luego que mi vuelo sufriera un retraso. Además en todo momento estuvo atento a consultas y me recomendó lugares para conocer en la ciudad. El departamento está muy bien ubicado (al lado de la Plaza Mayor en pleno centro de Madrid) cercano a la estación de metro El Sol y a todo tipo de servicio que se pudiera necesitar.

We loved the studio apartment. Enrique was a superb host and so easy to communicate with. The apartment was right in Plaza Mayor and centered to everything. We walked to everything and enjoyed snacks at the Mercado San Miguel and just having drinks in Plaza Mayor. Having traveled in Europe before, we loved that this building had a lift/elevator AND was easy to find without dragging your luggage into the many streets that do not have car access. I would highly recommend this apartment to others.

Fantastic little apartment. The location of this place is perfect, everything is within walking distance and the surrounding shops and reataurants are all good. The palace is just a nice ten minute walk away too. So much to do in the area. The communication with Enrique and Jorge was great, they were very helpful and even made sure our apartment was ready early for our arrival. They fixed any issues we had and even offered to arrange a taxi back to the airport for them. The place is small but it is perfectly fine for a few days stay. Would definitely stay agai .
Location! Location! And location! I had been to Madrid before and I knew what I was looking for this time. The apartment is located right on Calle Mayor and Plaza Mayor, and Mercado de San Miguel. These were exactly what I wanted. The check-in process was very smooth. Enrique and Jorge were very friendly and communicative, and Enrique was at the apartment waiting for me on my check-in day. The internet was fast. Overall, I had a very nice stay there.

Enrique and Jorge’s apartment was in a fantastic location literally around the corner from Plaza Mayor. It was a cute apartment with a comfortable bed (pull out sofa but surprisingly comfortable!). Enrique was super easy to communicate with and even let us check-in early as our train arrived before noon. Would highly recommend their apartment for some time in Madrid in the center of town! We hope to be back soon!

The apartment itself is clean and lovely. Location is very close to the most of the attractions and next to tour bus stop. Enrique Y Jorge deserve as a super host. He allowed us for early check in. I’ll definitely choose it again if I have chance to come again.
This place could not be in a better location. So central and on a street that is very easy to get to, no matter where you are in the city! My only complaint is that the bed isn’t the most comfortable… BUT it is fine for a pull out couch bed. The place is so safe and I️ had an awesome stay!

The location of this apartment is beyond comprehension. It’s literally right at Plaza Mayor, 5 minutes walk to Sol and Opera, Mercado San Miguel is 30 seconds away. Palacio is about 15 minutes walk. What else to say for such a location?! Very lively during the day and night, I would have thought it could be noisy given its location being so central but once you close all the windows there is really no sound at all. Yes it’s sofa bed but for a 3 nights stay I thought it was pretty comfortable. The shower cabinet is a bit tight but hot water pressure means still a good shower after a day of walking around. Jorge met us during check in and VERY FRIENDLY dude, made us feel welcomed immediately!
I had a quick stay in Madrid at Jorge and Enrique’s place. From the moment I booked until after I checked out they were nothing but helpful. They were flexible with my check-in, and quick to respond whenever I needed something. The space is perfect if you want a place in the middle of downtown Madrid.

Muy buen ubicado. Diría que todo se puede hacer a pie, para los que les guste caminar claro. El departamento es muy pequeño pero tiene todo lo necesario. El sofá cama no me pareció el más cómodo, pero está bien, no te despiertas con dolor de espalda no nada. Solo un detalle por el tema de olores, pero los chicos ya están trabajando en eso para que el departamento esté impecable. Muy bien distribuidos los espacios; el lugar es muy agradable. Los anfitriones siempre atentos a todas tus necesidades e inquietudes, eso fue excelente con elegir este lugar.

Hemos estado como en casa, un apartamento amueblado y decorado con muy buen gusto, aprovechando cada rincón. Un punto inmejorable de Madrid con todos los servicios a un paso. Jorge y Enrique han sido muy atentos, amables y simpáticos, indicándonos detalladamente zonas donde salir, cenar y movernos, nos han hecho la estancia de lo más agradable y sencilla, pudiendo hasta dejarles las maletas en su bonita y céntrica oficina toda la tarde para que pudiéramos aprovechar el día de salida. Así que muy recomendable y seguro que cuando volvamos les volveremos a alquilar alguno de sus fantásticos pisos. Gracias a los dos! Transmitis muy buen rollo!
Apartamento pequeñito pero con todo lo necesario. Limpio y lo más importante, muy muy centrico. Ideal para pasar un par de días en pareja o con un par de amigos. Enrique y Jorge han sido muy agradables, dandonos consejos sobre que mercados visitar o en qué lugares poder comer. Ha sido un placer!
Buena opción para viajeros de corta estancia y que buscan una ubicación en el pleno centro de Madrid. Aunque es una zona de mucho movimiento 24/7 el estudio está cómodamente ubicado y aisla el ruido. Enrique es muy atento y están pendientes de ti todo el tiempo. Ojo con aquellos que prefieren espacios separados, este es un loft con buen uso del espacio (pequeño).

La ubicación del apartamento es excelente. Se llega fácil con el metro. Para una pareja el tamaño es perfecto. Todo está limpio y equipado con lo necesario para pasar tranquilos unos días. Además Enrique y Jorge siempre están pendientes de uno, antes y durante la estancia. Por la ubicación en donde esta el apartamento, es algo ruidoso por las noches, pero es comprensible. En general es muy bueno. Lo recomiendo.
La localización es perfecta, el piso es pequeñito pero muy acogedor. Apartamento limpio y anfitriones atentos. Muchas gracias!
The apartment is in a fantastic location, the building feels safe and secure, and it is within walking distance to almost all main attractions in Madrid. Enrique was very helpful with recommendations for food and bars, and the flat was well designed and very clean and modern. Perfect for two people!
Great apartment super location 20 seconds from Playa Mayor. Really well laid out with super storage and equipment. We stayed for 4 nights and loved every minute. Information and support as well as meeting up were excellent. Happy to return there.

I can only recommend this studio flat, in the heart of Madrid! Truly my best Airbnb experience so far due to the amazing hosts who made everything simple and smooth from the beginning. I had no fear of cancellation from their side, they were professionals in communication, which Airbnb is basically based on. Go for it! You won’t regret!:)
