A hidden cozy gem right in the middle of Chueca. You couldn’t ask for a better location! Flat is right off Madrid’s main Gran Vía and Hortaleza making everything easily accessible right out your door step. Better yet, Leeway’s flat is nicely decorated with all your essential home amenities and a perfect porch/balcony to come home to and relax after a city touring filled day. Looking forward to staying at Leeways’s little gem when back in Madrid.

This apartment is in a great location with only a few minutes walk onto the Gran Via. The interior is immaculate, modern and more spacious than it looks with a clever drop down bed and double sofa bed.
Great location, right by the main venues. Studio stylish and nicely decorated. Pedestrian street a bit noisy in the morning. Excellent communication by staff.
I had a really lovely time staying in this apartment ! The place is beautiful and just in a Center of Madrid, there’s lots of nice restaurants around and a metro just 2 mins away. Place was super clean ! I would definitely try to book it again when I’m next time in Madrid :))

En general la experiencia fue buena. Hice una reservación de último minuto y la comunicación y el check-in fueron muy buenos. La zona es ruidosa pero con una ubicación muy céntrica. El departamento parece ser una subdivisión de un departamento antigüo mas grande, y ahora hay múltiples departamentos dentro del piso original, y por consecuencia se escuchan mucho los ruidos de los vecinos y entran olores fuertes cuando los demás cocinan. El lugar es exactamente como descrito, incluyendo el costó adicional por hacer el check-in después de cierta hora por la noche.
O Loft é ótimo para duas pessoas no maximo, muito bem decorado, super bem equipado e ótima localização, recomendo!!

This was my first trip to Madrid and as I was staying for a week I wanted apartment style accommodation. This flat was everything and more I could have asked for. Although a studio, the size and layout was excellent. The fold down bed was comfortable and suitable for longer stays. The bathroom was clean with a powerful shower. Located in the heart of the gay district, the neighbourhood is teaming with incredible restaurants, bars and clubs, whilst only a 5 minute walk to the main shopping street. In fact I only got the metro twice in my one week stay. I walked everywhere. Minor points to know is you’re not able to walk out onto the balcony, although you can fully open the double doors out and sit on a wooden cover on the balcony. It was also incredibly easy to get to from the airport. Overall I’d say this flat is perfect and I’d happily book again. 🙂

Right in the middle of Chueca, Madrid. Great restaurants near by and close to the metro too! The Leeways are communicative and respond quickly and are willing to help with local tips.

Chueca is a lively neighborhood so this apartment is well placed for walking to great bars and restaurants. Also don’t expect peace and quiet. The apartment is super nice and well appointed. You will have everything you need. It’s run by a company that has several rentals around the city. The person who came to meet me was really nice and even accommodated meeting me early, which was fantastic. All was great but the only glitch was that when I checked in, I asked if I should book a cab in advance for when I needed to go to the airport since I had an early flight. I was told that an Uber would be easier and still the same flat rate as a cab (30 Euros). This wound up not being the case and due to the early hour and rain, I wound up paying 90 Euros for an Uber to the airport. This was an unfortunate but not the end of the world. Other than the misinformation, the apartment is great for taking in the lively Madrid scene.
La pasamos muy bien el apartamento muy bueno. Tal como en las fotos. Queda muy central a todas las zonas turisticas. Sin embargo, la zona es un poco ruidosa en las noches. Es una zona de mucha fiesta y vida nocturna. Se alcanza a oir en el apartamento pero es manejable. Si se esta buscando una zona de mucha actividad y fiesta nocturna, está perfecto.

Enrique y Jorge me han facilitado la estancia al máximo desde que hice la reserva. han sido muy amables y el piso es tal y como aparece en las fotos, en pleno centro y muy bien comunicado. Ojala me hubiera quedado mas días, me ha encantando! Si se me presenta la ocasión no tengo ninguna duda de que repetiré seguro! He comentado mi experiencia con otros amigos, y ninguno de ellos han estado tan encantados como yo.
La verdad es que me he llevado una grata sorpresa con Enrique y Jorge y su piso. Es mi primera experiencia en airbnb y ha sido inmejorable. El piso es tal y como aparece en las fotos, muy moderno, limpísimo y en la mejor ubicación posible. Repetiré sin ninguna duda ; ) !!!

Ha sido mi primera experiencia en Airbnb y en una ciudad que no conozco, Ha sido inmejorable¡¡ Enrique y Jorge han tenido tan buena comunicación conmigo desde el principio que me han hecho sentir como en casa y totalmente seguro, me han aconsejado lugares, restaurantes y actividades cada cual mejor que la anterior. He estado encantado, de verdad que se lo agradezco muchísimo. Además el piso es una maravilla, en una situación inmejorable desde donde se puede ir andando a cualquier sitio del centro, y si se quiere ir mas lejos, está la parada de metro de Gran Vía a 2 minutos. Recientemente reformado y con mucho encanto además de estar muy limpio. La verdad es que no podría quejarme de nada. Muchísimas gracias Enrique y Jorge.
Enrique and Jorge’s apartment was a great place to stay in Madrid. The neighborhood is full of fun things to do and the apartment itself is spotlessly clean and comfortable. Upon mentioning that I was interested in art museums, the hosts provided a ton of great information on different museums in Madrid, which was very much appreciated! Enrique and Jorge were very kind and responsive, and even allowed me checkout late in order to spend a bit more time sightseeing. Will stay here next time I’m in Madrid. 🙂
Very conveniently located little apartment to explore everything that Madrid has to offer. Recently and elegantly renovated and well equipped. Some noise from the street in the night time, but I guess that is part of the experience when visiting a big cosmopolitan city. Very friendly hosts and easy, good communication with them. Nice apartment, very clean, with all you need. Great neighborhood, with real life, a nice spot to explore the city. And it was super easy to communicate with the owner, who took care of the belongings I forgot there and sent it me back home.
There aren’t enough words to express the wonderful time I had at this apartment. Jorge and Enrique, my hosts, were amazing. They made me feel like family , they were warm and welcoming, they taught me many things about Madrid and the people. My vacation in Madrid was amazing and was all thanks to them. The location of the flat can’t no be better, located near FUENCARRAL ST there is so much to do (eat!) within a few minutes walking, i walked everywhere from there! The flat is beautiful, they have done an amazing job with the design and used of the space, is nice, clean, modern; everything i might have needed was there. Check in and check out went smoothly. I highly recommend this flat to anyone wanting to travel to Madrid. I can’t wait to go back again.

Enrique Y Jorge’s place is a great place to stay when in Madrid. It is within walking distance to all of Madrid’s major attractions, as well as great restaurants and shopping. Enrique Y Jorge were great hosts as well and were super attentive to any needs I had or making suggestions of places to go/things to do in the city. I highly recommend staying here if you are in Madrid.
This has everything you could ask for in an Airbnb: central location, communicative hosts, and a clean/modern space perfect for 2. We had a brief stay in Madrid and it was very easy to see all the main attractions by foot. Jorge was responsive before our arrival and throughout our stay when we had questions. He was also kind enough to share great food recommendations in the area. Look no further; stay here!

The location of this place was everything. I can to Madrid for World Pride and this apartment was centrally, located, cute, comfortable and the renter helped me out by going the extra mile with the check in process. This is in the middle of the gayborhood within walking distance to all the bars which is exactly what I wanted.
Great location, fair to the pictures, super helpful hosts and super quixl with replies and support. Quite comfortable for couples who are enjoying the city and want a nice place to crash and rest. Highly recommended!

Enrique y Jorge were the perfect hosts! The studio was exactly as described, remodeled, modern, comfortable and clean. Both the bed and the futon were very comfortable. I especially liked that Enrique y Jorge thought about their guests with the items they provided. The small table was perfect for working (I had to work a little on my vacation) and universal adapters were provided. It had everything we needed and more! The location was perfect, central to everything and a 2 minute walk from the metro station. Thank you so much for a lovely stay! We would definitely stay here again. 🙂

Apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures, very clean with plenty of amenities. The bed was comfortable, especially as it was a fold down. The apartment itself is in an excellent location, central to plenty of bars, restaurants, and major tourist attractions and only 4min walk to nearest metro station. Would definitely stay again.
I’ve been to Madrid many times and stayed in a variety of hostals, hotels and AirBnBs, but this is the best. The location for exploring Madrid, or for simply finding somewhere cool or classy to eat or drink is perfect. The studio is a great size for two people and is really nicely designed with bright modern furnishings. It has everything you need. Jorge was incredibly welcoming and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. It is a wonderful place, and incredibly affordable for the location, and I will make sure I always check the availability before I look anywhere else when I go back to Madrid.

Enrique Y Jorge’s apartment was excellent, very clean with stylish fittings and furniture. It is in a fantastic location 30m from Gran Via and close to all attractions. As hosts they were brilliant and could not help enough and always got back quickly to any requests/questions. Nice genuine people and would stay there again when next in Madrid.
This is a wonderful building that has been converted into tourists flats in a buzzy, exciting part of Madrid. It can be noisy because of traffic or construction as this area is right in it, but there is a double glazing, so I still slept well. Perfect location.

I had been to Madrid less than a year ago, so I knew where was the best location and where I wanted to stay, so Enrique and Jorge’s place didn’t disappoint me. Good location, small and nice studio. This is mainly rented to the tourists and the communication is great! Great option for whoever is visiting Madrid!

The apartment looks exactly like in the photos – modern, bright and comfortable. It was very clean and equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The localization of the apartment is very convenient, close to many shops, restaurants, museums and sightseeing spots. This apartment was perfect for my one week stay in Madrid! The location is very central and walkable to all the surrounding neighbourhoods (I walked everywhere and never even had to take the metro). All of Madrid is very safe with people out all day/night so I always felt safe, even as a single female walking back to the apartment in the middle of the night. The location is almost on the border between Malasaña and Chueca – 2 of the hippest neighbourhoods in the city, filled with cool restaurants, bars, shops. The apartment itself is great for 1-2 people. It’s clean, modern and look exactly like the photos. And the water pressure in the shower was one of the best I’ve used (water was super hot too, perfect for my winter visit). All the Madrileños I met were very warm and friendly, including the apartment hosts, who were very responsive to any questions I had. Thanks again for a wonderful stay. I hope to return again one day! 🙂
Estuvimos tres días allí y la verdad que genial. A pesar de que había bastante ruido en la calle, en la casa no se escuchaba nada. Muy amables por dejarnos salir un poco después. Lo único que mejoraría son las almohadas de la cama. Eran bastante finas. Por lo demás un trato inmejorable y super bien ubicado.
El departamento está perfectamente ubicado! Cerca de la gran vía y cerca de bares de tapas y restaurantes. Esta impecable, limpio y cuidado Leewins fueron muy atentos tanto en la llegada como en la partida! La publicación se ajusta a la realidad del departamento! Un placer!
