What a wonderfull location to get to know Madrid! In the middle of the centre! It’s a very nice appartement! Not to big not to small! Very clean! It’s very easy to make contact with Leeways ! We recommended it! Thank you for the nice stay!

La ubicación es inmejorable, en pleno centro, en una vía peatonal con una amplia oferta de ocio y muy cerquita de museos y lugares de interés.

• Communication: Quick and easy. • Check-in: I met them close by to pick up the keys, super easy process. • Location: Great location with a fantastic little (one person) terrace that overlooks one of the main streets. One of the days I was there it was rainy and extremely nice to sit out there and listen to the rain on the windows. • Cleanliness: Essentially spotless. • WiFi quality: Zero issues with the WiFi, good speeds. • Water pressure: Water pressure was fine, but the holder for the shower head is not secured very well to the wall. • Bed comfort: Unfortunately this is the biggest downside to the space, it’s a fold out bed, and not terribly comfortable. I had a hard spot hitting my hip and had to relocate myself often. A regular bed would be a huge improvement. • Ambient noise level: During the day and with any windows open it will be quite nosy (great people watching!), at night the street calms down a lot as the shops close, and the wood shudders keep most of the noise and light out. • Overall: Unfortunately, I would not stay here again due to the fold out bed. Otherwise it is in a great location, and I loved the terrace.

Leeways FuenCarral is in a perfect location in the Justica area. Close to all the good shops and plenty places to eat and drink nearby! Helpful Team when you need assistance.

Great location and nice place overall. Beware space is tiny and you would need to climb 20 steps in spite of the elevator. There is significant noise (people chatting while passing by) coming from the street until very late at night.

Outstanding location, we are living in Madrid and rediscovered one of the nicest neighborhoods of the city. The flat is in a very busy street and we stayed on a Saturday night, however it is perfectly isolated so we had no issue with the noise. The flat is spotless and even nicer than on the pictures, it’s stylish and has everything you need ! Despite being a studio, it’s easy to open and close the sofa bed so you have a real living room when you want to. Enrique and Jorge are outstanding hosts, they answered all our questions and helped us when we needed them. I strongly recommend this place and will go there again !!

The location is excellent with many restaurants, cafes and shops within the vicinity. Although it is on a busy pedestrian thoroughfare, the room is quiet at night. This is a studio space – the living area and bedroom (fold out couch) are in the same room.
Their place was just as I expected and more. It was clean and all of the basic necessities were provided. You cannot beat this location if you’re planning to stay in Chueca! It’s central to all of the bars I went to. Hasta la próxima, Enrique y Jorge!
I had such a great time here! The apartment is perfect – everything is super clean, the location is superb, the wifi was without fail, the ac was excellent in the dead of summer, washing machine did the trick, absolutely everything works. I was very much in need of a place where all went well and all very much did. I would love to return here one day. Thank you!!
The place is clean and looks exactly like the pictures. The service was great as Leeways responds instantly to any problem or concern. The apartment’s location is great as it is located in the heart of Fuencarral street and it is very close to Gran Via and tribunal metro stations. Yet, if you are, like me, quiet and calm neighborhood seeker this place may not be your best bet. Otherwise everything else was just great.
La localizacion del piso es increible, con vistas al edificio telefonica y en plena calle comercial llena de tiendas, a 2min de Chueca y salir de fiesta sin preocuparse por el coche y perfecto para visitar todo Madrid andando. El balcon le pone un punto romantico para estar acompañando y compartir una botella de vino.
This apartment is in a great location. The street below is busy but the sound doesn’t bleed into the room. Overall I was very happy with my stay. If there were any downsides it is that the mattress on the sofa bed is pretty thin and it can be uncomfortable. As a bigger man the shower is very small but definitely usable. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.
Leeways place was great! The apartment was super clean and it was very easy to communicate with the hosts as they were flexible with times to meet them. The street was just pedestrian access and sometimes loud but the apartment was still quiet with the windows closed!
Excellent place to stay in Chueca. Very attentive host, perfect location on the main street. No noise from the street in the night, because windows are good blocking the noise. Apartment had everything we needed. Very nice balcony. Shower cabin was a bit small, but it didn’t bother us at all. Will definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay in Madrid! The apartment was clean and stylish and had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. As mentioned it is a small space with a sofa bed, but the bed was comfortable and didn’t bother us at all! The apartment is in a great location, within walking distance of many of Madrid’s main attractions. Jorge was very helpful and held onto our luggage for us as we arrived before check in time. I would definitely recommend for anyone spending a few days in Madrid!
Enjoyed my stay at this apartment. What potential guests should be aware of is that the place is located on one of the busiest shopping streets, which has its pluses and minuses, depending on what you are looking for. The place was according to the description and I the communication in advance and during my stay was great and clear. One remark concerning the place itself is that the sofa bed is not as comfortable as an actual bed.

The place was very close to the center and near the metro station.The apartment was clean and beautiful in a very fancy area. It was really clean and equipped with everything a house needs.The host was very good, communicative and friendly. The only bad thing was that sometimes in the night there was noise from outside because of the people.Other than that perfect.I totally recommend it

Un apartamento 100% recomendable. Una situación increíble, en el centro de Madrid y a un paso de todo. Muy acogedor y totalmente equipado, perfecto para una pareja. Enrique es un grandísimo anfitrión, atento en todo momento y dispuesto a ayudarnos siempre que lo hemos necesitado. Cuando volvamos a Madrid, repetimos seguro!
Everything is as it promised to be, plus the hosts Enrique and Jorge made a special effort to make sure I was happy. The location in Chueca is brilliant, you are right on the busy shopping street (you can only hear it vaguely below you) and nearby are bars, restaraunts, cafes, funky clothes shops, squares with seating, many many muscly men with small dogs, and there are a few metro stops in 5 minutes any direction. Great spot for exploring all of Madrid from, or just enjoy the neighbourhood you are in.

The location is fantastic – lively, yet quiet when you want. This part of the street is pedestrian only, so it is buzzing all day and night. Facilities are as described. The shower space is small but adequate. Enrique was most helpful, providing me with suggestions for places to eat. I checked them out and had great experiences. I definitely commend Enrique Y Jorge as hosts. Loved the words of wisdom on the blackboard.

Very central , clean and efficient studio !
L’appartement d’Enrique et Jorge est parfait pour un couple qui veut visiter Madrid. L’appartement est petit , mais très fonctionnel et douillet. Nous avons pu nous faire à manger et relaxer sans problème. La rue est passante mais calme le soir puisqu’il y a majoritairement des magasins. Seul point négatif , la douche est très petite. Je recommande fortement ce logement pour un long ou court séjour à Madrid.

We had a great time at this apartment! It is very well located, close to most «must-see» attractions. The flat is equiped with everything you could need for your stay. We’d definitely book it again/recomend if again in Madrid.
The apartment is great! It´s located right in the centre of Madrid so everything is within walking distance. It is exactly how it looks in the photos and it´s also impeccably clean. Enrique and Jorge are extremely friendly and helpful. They also provide excellent recommendations for restaurants, bars, places of interest, etc.

What a lovely little gem this is. A small apartment but yet bigger than most hotel rooms. The sofa bed is sturdy and clean, l slept well on it. Kitchen is well equipt, there was even tea and coffee and sugar. Fresh tea towels and a big (and quiet!) fridge/freezer. very nice. Airco works really well and is quiet too. Bathroom, small, efficient but pleasant and clean, big fluffy towels and will lit mirror. Enough space for toiletries and make up. Hair dryer is also provided. The ‘balcony’ is glass covered, tiny but a wonderful place to sit (one person) with a drink. You are right in the middle of a shopping street, close by you will find loads of bars and restaurants. A very pleasant bustling neighborhood. You might hear some people on the street at night but if you want total peace and quiet book a 5 star hotel have a vacation in the woods 🙂
We stayed here for three nights and were very comfortable in Enrique and Jeorge’s apartment. The beautiful little balcony gave this place a different dimension and we could hear the hum of conversation of people walking past, which was lovely. The apartment was clean, fully equipped with everything that we needed. The hosts communicated with answering all our questions promptly . We had a lovely time and being in such a central location was fabulous.

Having lived in this area of Madrid before, I was really looking forward to staying at Enrique’s and Jorge’s place. The apartment is as lovely as on the pictures, and some of the amenities that people often take for granted are beyond expectations – great strong shower, amazing hair dryer and iron, too. The bed is convenient to pull out and bring back into sofa shape, and the A/C and internet work great too. The best thing about this place – beyond location and this nice old feel of the building – is exquisite friendliness and service. Thank you for being such great hosts, would love to come back!

Definitely one of my best trips with Airbnb! Jorge and Enrique were always reachable and gave us very useful tips about what to do and where to eat in the surroundings. The apartment is beautifully furnished, very clean, located in the center of Madrid and there is everything one could possible need during their stay (from corkscrew to ironing board 🙂 ) They have been amazing hosts and I definitely recommend their apartment to everyone traveling to Madrid! In my first ever Airbnb experience, i can’t say how pleased i am that i stayed at this cosy and lovely apartment. I have had to stay in a few hotels in Madrid and i wish i just stayed in this apartment for my entire stay. The place looks exactly like the pics, very clean and perfectly located to get (Website hidden by Airbnb) has every seemingly small thing that will make your stay just right. Last but not the least, Jorge was always responded quickly, very friendly and helpful. Thanks for making my Madrid stay a delightful one. I recommend this place highly.
Schönes Appartement in super Lage!!!
Die bisherigen Bewertungen beschreiben eigentlich bereits alles sehr gut. Es gibt nichts mehr hinzuzufügen. Weil das Appartement sehr zentral gelegen ist, ist es tatsächlich so, dass es auch Nachts nie ruhig wird. Empfindliche Leute nehmen besser Ohrstöpsel mit. Aber auch das hat ja schon jemand geschrieben.
El departamento es tal cual como aparece en las fotos y muy limpio. Los anfitriones son muy amables y se adaptaron a nuestros cambios de última hora y nos consiguieron una cuna para mi bebe sin siquiera pedirla. Lo único malo del departamento tendría que decir es la cama porque es un sofá cama y para nosotros que no dormimos bien fue un poco incómodo y el ruido de la calle. El departamento está bien ubicado pero en una calle muy concurrida y en las noches se oye toda la fiesta de afuera. Si hubiera ido sola con mi esposo hubiera estado muy bien pero con un bebe no fue muy cómodo. Por lo demás estuvo perfecto.

Inmejorable ubicación, el apartamento es precioso, tal y cómo se muestra en las imágenes. Muy acogedor, cómodo y estiloso. La limpieza y el estado del apartamento fue sobresaliente. Enrique y Jorge siempre pendientes en todo momento y muy atentos. Súper recomendable.

La ubicación es fenomenal en pleno barrio de Chueca a un paso de la Gran Vía la calle es muy animada y está llena de tiendas y de muchísima gente a todas horas lugar ideal para los que le gusta un sitio céntrico para no depender de taxis y über etcétera. Desde la casa puedes ver la bulliciosa calle y te encuentras en pleno corazón de Madrid.
El dpto es tal cual las fotos. Situado en el corazón de madrid y el servicio desde antes de llegar hasta luego de ir la fue espectacular. Muy recomendado
The flat is in a great location near shops, restaurants, and bars. If you like being in the hustle of the city this is your place. The flat however is tiny and has only one space with a sofa bed.
This is very stylish studio apartment right in the middle of a busy pedestrian mall. However, despite being above a busy area, you hardly hear anything. You can close off the stylish balcony and you hear almost nothing. The location is amazing. The shower in the bathroom is a little tight, with barely room for one. But the water is hot and pressure is good. The whole apartment is very clean and well maintained.
Check was smooth and flexible – great hosts! Location is basically perfect and the place is modern and clean. The shower ran out of hot water pretty fast, but everything else was fantastic
