Departamento muy cómodo y funcional, ideal para 4 personas (1 pareja y 2 hijos) , cerca de la estación del metro y del supermercado que atiende las 24 horas. Muy céntrico. La decoración es moderna y acogedora. Todo estuvo muy bien!!

This is a great apartment in a good location for getting to all the major sites and art galleries and only 15 minutes walk from the railway station. Although it’s in a very busy neighbourhood, it’s very quiet and comfortable. Contact with Leeways was excellent and they were very helpful when we needed some medical attention. Highly recommended.

If I were to live in Madrid, I would pick this apartment. After a trip last year to Madrid where my boyfriend and I were unable to sleep due to Madrid’s «cheerful» nightlife, I was nervous that we would be kept awake at night at Leeway’s place since it was surrounded by so many restaurants, but we slept great! Everything in the apartment looked brand new. Wifi worked well, the shower was hot and had great water pressure and the beds were surprisingly comfortable for Spain. We really appreciated the quick check-in and check-out process. Overall great stay!

Great location, right in the heart of Lavapies, attractions within 2 mile radius, lots of boutique tapas bars and stores in the neighborhood, grocery store on the corner, neighborhood is busy with restaurants bars and people. New key systems retrieval worked well, no need to go to rental office or wait for staff to drop key off or pick up key.

Modern, well-equipped flat. Bedrooms and living room have individual air conditioning. Located in an international neighborhood. We liked it but it will not suit everyone.

Apartment is in a great location within walking distance of all of Madrid’s best sights and attractions and less than a minute from the metro and a 24hr supermarket. Very fancy apartment, all clean and comfortable. Useful proximity to the metro and big 24/7 Supermarket A few noisy bars downstairs make your sleep at night not so easy during the weekend if you keep the windows open. A/C available in the apartment anyway.

Me quede en este departamento con mi Familia para finalizar nuestro viaje por España y debo decir que fue la mejor estancia de todo el viaje. El departamento está hermoso, muy bonito decorado, con aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones y muy limpio. Enrique fue muy amable, sin duda me volvería a quedar aquí.

Es un apartamento muy agradable, limpio y con mucha luz, en un barrio multicultural, muy animado y céntrico. Nos sentimos muy cómodos tanto en el apartamento como en el barrio. Bien comunicado, metro y Atocha muy cerca. Dejamos el coche aparcado en un parking de la calle Primavera, y fuimos andando a la mayoría de lugares que queríamos visitar. El aire acondicionado funciona a la perfección y realmente tiene mucho valor en agosto!! Recomendamos que aumenten el menaje de la cocina, ya que para cuatro personas es escaso.
Excelente apartamento, todo precioso y en muy buen estado. La zona no muy recomendable por la noche, pero durante el día no hay ningún problema.
Great location, close to everything: subway, shops (24h), bike rental, restaurants and high sights. The apartment is very comfortable, nicely decorated and clean. There is everything you need (dishwasher, washing machine, tv, AC…) so you can relax and enjoy! It was very easy to communicate with Leeways. Highly recommended.
The apartment is in a great location, within walking distance of everything we want to see. The space is clean, newly refurbished, secure and we loved it, except they have a problem with the shower that needs to be fixed ASAP. They also should supply eating and cooking utensils. The kitchen has everything else, but without utensils, the pots, pans, cutting board, etc are useless.

Todo perfecto tal y cual venía descrito en la página. Sólo indicar que si vienes en coche particular cuidado con las cámaras pues se trata de una zona de acceso restringido sólo a residentes. Si lo dejas en el parkíng, que está en la paralela de atrás, no pasa nada pues ellos se encargan de avisar para quitar las posibles multas

Great apartment! The location was perfect to get around the city because it was right by a metro stop, and many places were within walking distance. The hosts stayed in touch throughout our visit to make sure everything was going smoothly. The place was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Madrid! Amazing time!

L’appartement est magnifique, dans un quartier tres vivant. on peut faire tous les déplacement à pied (même s’il est a 2min du metro).
Everything was excellent, we really enjoyed our trip to Madrid. The house is located in the center so If you want to feel real atmosphere of Madrid and the experience being a local living in the city center, I would recommend the place.
