Modern, refurbished, bright and luminous apartment in the center of Madrid. Fourth interior floor in a peaceful building in the city, close to La Latina, Madrid Río, el Palacio Real, La Almudena… In the very center of Madrid, the house is located in one of the liveliest district of the city.
Perfect and lovely apartment for visitors, I’m not good at communicating with the host, so self checkin is the best way for me. Only one problem during my stay these days, is that the washing machine was out of service, I can’t use it. But I’ll still recommend this lovely apartment to you.

Very clean, close walk to the Plaza Mayor. Has everything you need for a good night’s sleep. The best part was the amazing communication with the hosts. They were very helpful with scheduling an early morning taxi and our late check in.

Place was in a great location and within walking distance to many different sites/restaurants. The host was super quick to respond to everything and all our needs. They seem to address any issues right away. It must be a Spain thing, but just a heads up that there’s only a flat sheet on the bed and no actual comforter. This seems common though! It’s a small space so I would definitely say for one person or a couple. There was everything you needed. Only concern might be the sponge/rag used to wash dishes because when we used it for the first time on the last day, it smelled quite awful — but I let the host know and am sure they will assist! Would recommend for quick stays!
Es un espacio acogedor, tranquilo. Si ubicación es muy buena, ya que está cerca de cafés, restaurantes, teatro, centro pero está a la vez fuera del ruido. Cuenta con todos los servicios y en muy buen estado. Yo espero regresar en mis futuras visitas.

Perfect for seeing the sights downtown, the apartment was very clean and cute. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked great. There is an elevator in the building. There are a multitude of shops and restaurants right around the corner but the apartment is very quiet at night. The owners are patient (our bus was late) and quick to respond. We had a great stay and highly recommend this unit.
The room is very clean and cosy, and the location is closed to palace and other historical area, so we can walk everywhere. Highly recommended!

Enrique & Jorge’s place was great. Great location overall. There was constant communication with them and they were always available. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again at this place.
My girlfriend and I resided 4 days in this modern, central located appartment. The appartment includes a lot of practical comforts which will ease your stay. The hot nights were compensated by the AC’s in both the living- and the bedroom. We were also provided with three cups of coffee for the Nespresso-machine. Location of the appartment makes that all the mustsee-stuff is within a 20 mins walking distance. Will definitely check for the availability of this appartment when I’ll return to Madrid!
This was a really great space. It was far away enough to get away from the city’s hustle and bustle, but close enough to enjoy to some really greats restaurants/bars (plenty of great restaurants around the corner and other places within the La Latina neighborhood). If given the opportunity, I would gladly stay here once again during a future visit. I highly recommend this space.

Great apartment very centrally located in La Latina. There are shops, markets and cafes within short walking distance. The place is small but beautifully appointed and you have everything you need. The communication and assistance with tips and arrival has been spotless. Thanks for your hospitality!

The apartment is located in a neighborhood with windy streets so it was a bit hard to find when we first got there (a sudden rainfall didn’t help). Anna, who met us, called to check in and came to find us, which was really helpful. The apartment is sparkling clean and once you figure out location, you realize you’re walking distance almost anywhere in the heart of Madrid. We loved the neighborhood and the convenience.

WHAT A GREAT PLACE! My husband and I traveled thru the Spain and stayed in multiple airbnb places. This place was finally a place we were hoping for! Our previous two airbnb stays in Spain were not good at all and we were about to dump the whole system and switch to a hotel. I am glad we did not. Enrique’s place was exactly as described, no surprises. Stylish, modern, clean with perfect location and elevator. The communication was really good too, we were greeted by a very friendly girl who gave us an apartment tour, map and told us where to go in Madrid. It was so refreshing after our previous stays. We were allowed to check out later, which helped us significantly since our flight got canceled and we needed to find another accommodation which would not take us until 2pm. The only thing that might be somewhat bothering is that the apartment is close to a school and it must have been a gym full of kids playing so it got a bit noisy. Since we always left in am and came back at night, it was not bothering us that much. The kitchen is fully equipped and the grocery store is nearby. Highly recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed!
Ich kann das Apartment nur empfehlen. Die Lage ist optimal für Sightseeing, es gibt eine Menge Restaurants und Bars in der näheren Umgebung – dennoch ist es am Abend sehr ruhig! Die Ausstattung des Apartments lässte keine Wünsche offen. Die Kommunikation im Vorhinein und auch während des Aufenthalts war perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Excellent location, within 5 minute walk of the palace and la Latina metro station from which you can go anywhere! The metro services are really easy to use once you get the hang of it just ask one of the attendants and they are happy to help. Excellent hosts and an amazing stay would thoroughly recommend to anyone!
Appartement très propre et bien placé. Bonne communication avec l’hôte. Cependant, les cloisons sont assez fines mais la résidence est calme. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en couple dans cet appartement 🙂

Great flat in perfect location: Many bars and restaurants nearby, can walk to spots like Plaza Mayor e. g. The flat is really cozy, new, very clean and thanks to the AC either warm or cold, whatever you like. Communication was quick and without any problems. I can highly recommend to book this place.
The apartment looks just like it does in the pictures — it is clean, beautiful, and the hosts are communicative and wonderful. This Airbnb easily made my stay in Madrid even more amazing, and I owe it all to Leeways. I would definitely stay here again if I could!

Small but cute apartment in the center of Madrid. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is clean. The communication with the hosts was easy. Highly recommendable!
We loved this apartment. Its location, so centrally located, was fabulous–surrounded by a multitude of wonderful restaurants that we could walk to. Also, a small market was only 1 block away. Catching taxis nearby was easy, and the Metro was less than a 10 minute walk. The hosts were absolutely wonderful. When we arrived early, they allowed us to store our luggage, and when we checked in, they gave us a short orientation to the neighborhood, which really helped. Then, throughout our stay, they checked in to make sure everything was okay. (The only “cons” were that the bathroom is very small, as is the hot water tank–thus, you need to take a pretty fast shower.) If we return to Madrid, I would DEFINITELY want to stay in the Leeway’s apartment again. They’re doing everything right! I give the Leeway’s and their apartment a topnotch rating!
Mio marito ed io, insieme al nostro piccolino in arrivo, abbiamo soggiornato 5 notti la scorsa settimana in questo splendido appartamento. Un alloggio estremamente confortevole ed arredato magnificamente in pieno Centro a Madrid, a pochi passi da Palazzo Reale. Enrique e Jorge ci hanno accolti con molta disponibilità, pronti a darci ogni informazione utile al nostro soggiorno. L’appartamento è curato in ogni minimo dettaglio. Questo ha sicuramente contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno a Madrid davvero indimenticabile! Grazie ragazzi!
