The space was amazing. I loved the balcony views. Oh and the washing machine was much needed!! The location was perfect and it was so easy to get into the apartment when checking in. The neighborhood was so full of life and the neighbors are so friendly. I will definitely be back!! Thank you leeways.
Such a gorgeous and modern place for a very reasonable price. The best is the comfiest bed I’ve slept in a while and everything was as shown in photos. Super clean, full of amenities, and really pretty. Wish that was my apartment!

A very nice flat in a convenient location to Lavapies and Atocha. Very clean and great communication from the management company. We were thrown as there is a shared outer door to flat and thought people were in ours but it is a whole place to yourselves! Good facilities and handy 24hr supermarket nearby. Definitely recommend!
Everything was new, clean and roomy. We loved the neighborhood and it’s proximity to everything. Five great days in Madrid
Very clean and fairly good value. Check in process was slightly impersonal since it was a « self check-in » process. That aside, we had a great stay and would come back here again!

The apartment was newly renovated and very modern and stylish. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom was nice and dark with the shutters closed. Everything was very clean and just right. It’s nice to have the shuttered windows to open out onto the little road below. The shower is awesome. Great value!
A small, clean apartment in a bario- a really interesting neighborhood- but loud, the windows are good though and keep out noise from street. The renters responded to all questions and tried to be helpful.
Great central location (10-15 minute walk up the hill to Plaza Major or the Prado). Lovely, stylish apartment. Great space and ambience.
Great design, around the corner from the Lavapies metro or a 10-15 minute walk to Atocha. The hosts were very responsive and the washing machine was greatly appreciated. Be aware that the front door key can be a little tricky to turn, and the wall in the bedroom is a little thin, but nothing earplugs can’t fix.

The apartment is beautifully styled and clean! Has everything that you need and is located central to everything so can walk everywhere or if you need, it is right near the metro station. Leeway’s were great with communicating and made our stay very enjoyable, couldn’t recommend this apartment any more!

Un aparata -estudio muy bonito, nuevo, limpio y con todos los elementos necesarios. Muy agradable la estadía. Muy cerca la estación de metro u un mercado. Tranquilo.
El departamento está en perfecto estado, tal cual se muestra en las fotos, muy limpio, ordenado, y con una decoración perfecta. Los anfitriones nos respondieron todas las dudas y hubo una muy buena comunicación. La ubicación perfecta también, no usamos el transporte publico, caminamos a todos lados, además está al lado de un supermercado abierto 24 hrs. Muy recomendado.
